Article VIII
Duties of Committees
The duties of all committees shall be established and reviewed by the President-Elect for his or her year. In declaring the duties of each, the President-Elect shall make reference to appropriate RI materials. The Service Project Committee will consider vocational, community, and international service avenues when developing plans.
Annually, each committee shall have specific mandates, clearly defined goals, and action plans. It shall be the primary responsibility of the President-Elect to prepare committees and develop goals and objectives for the coming Rotary Year.
