Integrative Touch (InTouch) is a 501c3 nonprofit whose mission is to provide connection, wellness, and healing opportunities that change the life of anyone touched by pain, suffering, or health challenges. Integrative Touch is a leader in integrative medicine committed to ending isolation in illness and transforming trauma through togetherness. In past years InTouch operated out of Banner Hospital, in community settings, and virtually through online programs such as TeleFriend for kids and TeleWellness for adults and caregivers during the pandemic.
Now, in large part due to a $75,000 commitment from the Catalina Rotary Club, InTouch has opened the Integrative Touch Healing Center. This one-of-a-kind healing center offers more than thirty different therapeutic treatments designed to reduce pain and anxiety while increasing well-being. Every treatment is individually tailored for maximum impact. In addition to treatments such as Massage and Acupuncture, the healing center offers adaptive Compassion Camps for kids of all abilities. The center also offers a Kids Sanctuary, which provides drop-in childcare for parents seeking treatment, and classes such as Yoga, Breathwork, and a Sound Healing Experience. There’s also a free Wellness Concierge who guides visitors through the center’s offerings and recommends treatments.
The Healing Center operates on a “Heal it Forward” model. This means when someone seeks treatment, attends a class, or enrolls their child in a camp, they are paying into the center’s scholarship fund. Scholarships are available so that everyone has access to the treatments and care they need, regardless of financial circumstances. The Healing Center never turns anyone away for financial reasons.
Integrative Touch deeply thanks the Catalina Rotary Club for its support in opening the Healing Center in May of 2023. Thanks to Catalina Rotary, the Integrative Touch Healing Center is able to provide transformative treatments to kids, families, and others in the community in need of healing.
