Catalina Rotary Club Member Bio
My Rotary Story
“I feel very honored and appreciative to be a part of the Catalina Rotary Club. When I first received a hug from Sharyn Chesser, I knew I was in the right place. It was a hug of love. Everyone volunteering their time, money (and hugs:) has had a great impact on me. This is such an amazing and compassionate group.
“I like giving back as a fellow Catalina Rotarian. I have enjoyed volunteering passing out Thanksgiving dinner to the Boys and Girls Club; donating food and other necessary products like shampoo, etc., to Youth on Their Own; and donating fun and creative things like play doe, hoola hoops and school supplies to the Boys and Girls Club. Doing these things taught me that it’s fun to give back and be a part of the community. It also taught me more compassion towards one another.
“I also enjoy acting, making movies, songwriting, singing, playing pickleball, and traveling.”
