Coach B was recently inducted into the University of Arizona Sports Hall of Fame, following her Hall of Fame inductions in five other institutions. She has also received multiple accolades for her off-court contributions to her communities, winning the Long Beach Citizen of the Year Award in 1989, the Tucson Woman of Courage Award in 2004, and the Tucson Woman of the Year Award in 2005. Coach B retired from active coaching in 2016, and is now both a broadcaster (for ESPN and PAC-12 Network) and a Tucson-based agent and financial representative for the New York Life Insurance Company.
