Dave Friggle has been a long-time Rotarian. He joined the Catalina Rotary Club in 2025. Dave served for seven years during the Vietnam War era an officer aboard a Ballastic Missile submarine. During his presentation, Dave will paint a vivid picture of life aboard the boat.
