Lauren Delashaw serves as the Community Program Coordinator for the Foster Grandparent Program under Northern Arizona University’s Center for Service and Volunteerism. In her role, Lauren oversees volunteer recruitment, training, and strategic site placements across Pima County. She specializes in building multi-sector community partnerships, including federal service initiatives, to help with local educational needs and to foster youth literacy, social-emotional development, and healthy aging for older adults.
