Steve Keist is Senior Partner of Keist Thurston O’Brien PC. Steve has 45 years of experience as a trial lawyer. In 2002 he was appointed Judge Pro Tem in the Family Law division of the Maricopa County Superior Court. He founded Christian Legal Aid of Arizona in 2001 and led that ministry until its merger with Administer Justice in 2022. He is Past President of the West Maricopa Bar Association, served several years on the Salvation Army Advisory Board in Glendale, AZ and joined the Administer Justice Board of Directors at its inception, serving as Chairman for several years. He currently volunteers at three different gospel justice clinics. He and his wife Joann have been married 46 years and live in Glendale, AZ.
Major Clement Leslie was born in the island of Trinidad and migrated to the United States in 1975. In 1980 he was ordained as a Minister of Religion in The Salvation Army. He served throughout the Southern and Western States in The Salvation Army and represented the organization in Nigeria, Tanzania, and the Caribbean before retiring in 2019. He holds an undergraduate degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville TN, and a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Richmond VA. He is licensed to practice in Arizona state courts, the Federal District Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the US Supreme Court.
