Jennifer Sprung describes how the Rotary Club of Tucson Verde and the Durango Daybreak Rotary Club are partnering on a project to bring small solar light units to remote homes on the Navajo Nation. The project is featured in the Environmental Sustainability Rotary Action Group (ESRAG). Tkhe Durango Daybreak Rotary Club has been participating in the project for over 9 years.

Jennifer Sprung is a third generation Tucson native/desert dweller and a three-time graduate of the University of Arizona. Her professional work: Sciences educator/curriculum designer/master teacher in Bio Sciences/Chemistry/Environment; student leadership coordinator; administration/teacher leadership coordinator with focus on collaboration, vision process and school improvement.
