Mary Stebbins, RN, has been a registered nurse since 1977 and has a Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a specialty in Community Health Care Systems. Before 2002, she focused on professional development for hospital nurses in neonatal care and pediatrics. After moving to Tucson from the Twin Cities, Minnesota in 2002, Mary helped develop the Southern Arizona unit of the Medical Reserve Corps (MRCSA), which has become the longest-running active unit in the country. Mary also worked closely with the Pima County Health Department’s (PCHD) Vaccine Preventable Disease Program. In July 2009, she accepted a part-time position there as the Perinatal Hepatitis B Prevention Program Case Manager. Mary also serves as MRCSA’s Public Health Team Leader and as a member on the Board of Directors. In 2020, Mary was board-certified as a National Healthcare Disaster Professional through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In January 2024, she took on additional volunteer roles as chair of the Southern Arizona Community Organizations Active in Disaster (SOAZ COAD) and board member for the Arizona Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster (AZ VOAD) representing MRCSA.
Mary has two grown children and enjoys traveling anywhere in the world, especially when it involves spending time with family and her five grandchildren.

Matt McGlone is the Community Outreach Manager for Pima County Office Emergency Management (OEM). His main function is the coordination of outreach activities and assisting local jurisdictions in emergency management. He also serves as the Public Information Officer (PIO) and Liaison Officer for the Pima County Office of Emergency Management. In addition to coordinating emergency messaging and social media as a PIO, his liaison partnerships include Community Organizations Active in Disasters (COAD), vulnerable access and functional needs populations, and School and Healthcare Consortiums.

Darrell Reeves is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and law enforcement professional (20 years), followed by 24 years as a peace officer for the criminal court divisions of the Pima and Mohave County, Arizona Superior Courts. After retiring in 2016, Darrell chose to volunteer for numerous programs and charities, including the veteran non-profit natural disaster response and recovery organization. He served as Vice Chair with the Southern Arizona Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD) non-profit. Darrell is also an accomplished author of books about encouragement and inspiration. He has lived in Southern Arizona for 40 years, is married to a Tucson native, and has three adult children and one grandchild.
