Partnering for Peace (PFP) is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization with a goal of fostering partnerships between Rotary International and the United States Peace Corps. A formal partnership was first established in 2015 and was recently renewed. This agreement was inspired by a group of Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV) Rotarians in District 5450. The heart of the agreement is that Peace Corps and Rotary have almost identical goals and create greater good working side by side.

Virtual Service Pilot Program (VSPP) Participant
• Supporting English Conversation & cultural exchange with academic staff at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo (UAEH) in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico (Sept. 2023 – present).
• Helped initiate the Friends of Mexico (FOM), a National Peace Corps Association (NPCA) affiliate group (2023).
• Supported English skills for scientific purposes with biotech doctoral students at El Centro de Investigación y Asistencia en Tecnología y Diseño del Estado de Jalisco (CIATEJ) in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico (April-October 2022).
U.S. Peace Corps Response Volunteer, Tonantzintla, Puebla, Mexico (Sept. 2017-March 2019)
• Energy Market Specialist – Microgrid Renewable Energy Project. Consulted with counterparts at the Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica, Óptica y Electrónica (INAOE) to complete a microgrid research project & test facility. Also facilitated a weekly English conversation club for masters & doctoral students called “INAOE Talks.”
