Matt Merrill leads the marketing and development efforts of Hands of Hope Tucson, where he has served since 2020. As Development and Communications Director, Matt guides Hands of Hope Tucson in broadening support and awareness of its mission to serve women and men facing unexpected pregnancy with dignity, resources, and support.
Hands of Hope Tucson has served the Tucson community for more than 40 years and serves more than a thousand clients a year who face financial insecurity, uncertainty about the future, and relational difficulties.
Matt has served on numerous boards for local non-profits serving the underprivileged. He is a certified life and leadership coach. Prior to his work with Hands of Hope Tucson, Matt ran his own business coaching and consulting for non-profit and business leaders in strategic planning and organizational leadership. Matt grew up in Tucson, is proudly married to his wife, Alia, and has two little boys. He loves to hike, be in the sun, and all things outdoors when the weather allows.
